Daily games to play after today's Worldle

Free Gamefinity dailies with maps, places and countries in them, when each one resets, and what to play once they are done.

Pin Drop cover art: A coral pin drops into a blank coastline world map in a night departures hall, a dashed flight path to a yellow roundel.Rank It cover art: A sunlit mint fridge door with five picture magnets ranked beside red-to-purple dots, the strawberry lifted mid-drag, and a tomato timer.Daily Trivia cover art: A newspaper quiz column headlined THE DAILY TRIVIA, with a question box and four lettered answer cards.Paint by Nation cover art: Germany's flag half painted on a taped canvas board: a brush floods the red stripe, the bottom still blank, above three paint tins.

Worldle hands you one country a day, at midnight in your own time zone, and its archive of past puzzles needs a Teuteuf account and a Premium plan. If one country is not enough, these daily games on Gamefinity suit a Worldle player, all of them free, along with two games for flags and capitals that you can play whenever you like.

A one-minute daily on a blank map

Of the Gamefinity dailies, Pin Drop comes nearest to a Worldle morning: a short set that is the same for everyone, played on a world map and scored by distance. It names the place instead of hiding it, so it tests where things are rather than what they look like.

Daily world map game

Pin Drop

Five places a day, each named with its country, pinned on a map with no labels. Each pin scores up to 1,000 points by distance, the day takes a minute or two, and the reveal shows where today's other players pinned the same place.

Daily quizzes with places in the mix

These are dailies first and geography games only in part. Each gives everyone the same set for the day, and some of what it asks is about countries, cities and where they lie, mixed with other subjects.

Daily put-in-order game

Rank It

Five things to put in order, five lists a run, with the same Standard run for everybody each day. Some lists are about latitude or the populations and areas of countries and US states; others are about food, planets or dates.

Ten-question daily quiz

Daily Trivia

Ten four-option questions a day across eight subjects, geography among them, with 20 seconds each. Recent editions wait in an archive, and a Quick version deals more questions whenever you want them.

Flags and capitals between dailies

Worldle asks about flags and capitals once a day, in its bonus rounds. The flag and capital games below are not dailies: you can play them as often as you like, which is a quicker way to learn a whole continent than one country a day.

Paint-the-flag quiz

Paint by Nation

The flags of all 195 countries, painted from memory in their true colours. There is no clock and you have three lives, so you can take your time over the flags that keep tripping you up in the Flag round.

90-second capitals quiz

Capital Sprint

Capitals from every continent against a 90-second clock, with reversed questions later on that name a capital and ask for its country. Every run draws a new set, so you can go again straight away.

When each one resets

The daily games here do not all turn over at the same moment as Worldle, which matters if you like to play them together.

  • Worldle: midnight on your own device's clock, so friends in different time zones meet the same country hours apart.
  • Pin Drop and Daily Trivia: midnight Eastern Time, the same moment for every player wherever they live.
  • Pin Drop, Rank It and Daily Trivia each give you one go at the day's set, so a result is always a first attempt.
  • Missed a day? Daily Trivia keeps recent editions to play from its archive, and Pin Drop keeps earlier days' places as well.
  • Worldle's own archive needs Premium, but its Lifesavers, earned by playing all of a day's rounds, cover a missed day automatically.

Questions

Is there a daily map game like Worldle on Gamefinity?

Pin Drop. It is a short daily on a world map that everyone shares, scored by how far each pin lands from the real place. It names each place rather than hiding it, so it tests where things are, not what they look like.

Can I play more than one game a day?

Yes. The dailies here give one go at the day's set, but Daily Trivia's Quick version and its archive keep going, and Paint by Nation and Capital Sprint can be played as many times as you like.

Why does Worldle reset at a different time from these games?

Worldle starts a new puzzle at midnight in your device's own time zone, while Pin Drop and Daily Trivia change at midnight Eastern Time for everyone. In the UK, for example, that means a new Pin Drop arrives in the early morning.
