Worldle rewards knowing the shapes of countries most people could not place. Uncommet rewards naming them. Its eight daily prompts are the same for everyone, and some of them are geographic: a country in a given region, a capital, a US state. Any real answer counts, but an obscure one is worth up to ten times a famous one.
The eight answers become one rocket journey from Earth outward, so a strong geography day carries you a long way. Rarity is measured the same way for every answer, from how often people look it up on Wikipedia and in how many languages, so the small countries most players overlook are worth the most.
There are 20 seconds per prompt and no suggestions as you type, though a near miss is offered back after you press Enter. It takes three or four minutes and resets at midnight Eastern Time. Free on Gamefinity.
How to play Uncommet
- Read the prompt; some ask for places, others for things like elements or films.
- Type a real answer within 20 seconds and press Enter.
- If you were close, accept the suggested spelling; if your answer is not listed, try another.
- Rarer answers earn more and carry your rocket further.
- After eight prompts, share your flight report.
Uncommet tips
- Think of the countries Worldle taught you. Small island nations and landlocked states are often rare.
- Sweep a region on a mental map rather than reaching for the first name.
- Keep a safe answer in reserve for when the clock is nearly out.
- Accept the "Did you mean" when it is right; spelling is forgiven.
